Unlike many commercial websites, you do not have to create an account to access any of the content and most of the features of Falling Awake. Only for a few powerful exercises, such as journaling, creating a life plan, and the Wake-up Call service, is it valuable to create an account. In these exercises, you can save your work and continually come back to it. If you do create an account, you are welcome to use an anonymous name and password.
